Nosy Be Panther Chameleons

One look at these gems, and its easy to understand why this locale has been a mainstay of the hobby from this island off the northwest coast of Madagascar. The most brilliantly colored males are predominantly turquoise, and occasionally blue. The color and quality of any banding can vary, being all shades of green, and sometimes black. Additionally, red/orange speckling is possible throughout the body, but especially in the head area. Lesser colored males may never approach a turquoise or blue color, with background colors of more common pastel greens.
